When a visitor places an online condolence in the Book of Memories™ program (and leaves their email address) they will receive an automatic reminder email at the one year anniversary of the passing of the deceased.
This notification comes from the funeral home, however there is no action required on your part. The back end software at FrontRunner Professional looks after creating the email for you and sending it to the appropriate person.
The message is written with a soft message about the possibility that the next of kin could be having a difficult time this week, and offers to send a “Thinking of You” message to let them know you are thinking of them during this week.
The message is officially sent one week prior to the anniversary of death.
There is also an automatic reminder sent to the clergy member that is selected for the particular funeral record. The clergy reminder is only sent if you have collected the clergy’s email address and entered in to the clergy database.
