We selected our hosting company, RackSpace, because they don’t only have one server location, but many spread out across the USA, UK and Australia.
We backup all our data on the servers many times during the day. This is done to ensure that we have the latest copy of the code and information for all the funeral records.
Should we need to restore a funeral record, this can be completed within minutes of the request. Any backup request is subject to a minimum programming fee of $125.00.
If a funeral home would like to receive their own backup of the information, it can be requested to your FrontRunner Professional representative. Backup’s are subject to a fee.
