To help with managing support, we have created a comprehensive online manual that can be reviewed at anytime from within the Matthews WebSystem or IMS programs.
The Online Manual has been setup in such a way that users can find information about each section in their system… The user may search for any subject that they need assistance with by using the site’s search functionality. When a search is completed, an email will be sent to our support staff showing the search you completed, and whether you found your results. This will help our staff continue to develop the Online Manual to answer every question!
Viewlets
In conjunction with the Online Manual, we have also provided viewable movies that demonstrate to you how to complete a specific task. These viewlets are easy to follow, and you can watch the required actions directly on the screen.
