Notes and Tasks

With the Matthews IMS, your staff will be able to create notes and tasks for themselves, or assign them to another user in the system.

When notes are created, they can easily be attached to any funeral record, so that if you need to remind yourself, or another employee of any special requests or concerns, you can easily do so by attaching a note!

When creating a task, if you assign the task a priority #1, the task will be emailed to the selected employee so that they can be informed they have a new task waiting for them.
