Our system allows for easy contract generation without the hassle of keeping notes on paper or having to choose from your entire list. After taking all the funeral arrangement information, you can print the funeral contract for your families to sign.
The initial page of the contract will be created by the Matthews IMS which will include your company logo to the top of the page to personalize the contract.
The remaining pages of the contract will be your firm's terms and conditions. To enter your terms and conditions you will use the Forms Builder program, and scan in your pages and then use the Contract Builder to put them in the order that you need.
The Contract Editor will allow you to modify pricing of any product or service, change the tax status, or add/delete any product on the fly. You can also add any cash disbursements, such as floral or clergy payments.
After everything has been entered, you can create a printable copy of your contract to finalize your arrangements with the family.
