Several years ago, I researched the best funeral software/POS system for Pinnacle. After meeting with Jules, FrontRunner was chosen. They have been a solid and resourceful partner. We typically use them for Pulse, websites and Book of Memories but also use other parts as needed per location. As we migrated our accounting platform from Quickbooks to NetSuites last year, they were there every step, and created new exports, new formats and case numbering to meet our specific needs. Also, as we grow and add new acquisitions, the employee training and ease of use is second to none. Jules our heartfelt thanks for creating an online appointment RSVP for visitations and services. During COVID this has been a fantastic time saver for our team and also makes it so much easier to space visitors and not ever worry about going over our occupancy maximum for physical distancing. It is also an excellent tool to use when the number of persons for the funeral service are limited to 30% occupancy. We can easily change the numbers depending on the room size and by the number of family staying. It also creates a record of each visitor and their contact information this is excellent should we ever need contact tracing.

I just wanted to say thank you to Frontrunner Professional. I produced my first video on your new DVD program. It went very smoothly and the instructions and quality were very good. After doing intensive research I moved to Frontrunner. Since I have been with them, the site has gone through a few major re-vamping. Until lately we actually had 2 sites, 1 in English and 1 French as our client families are mainly French speaking. Frontrunner has been diligent and open to our needs especially for the French site as it we had to get everything translated and properly done to reflect the English site. It was very time consuming for their part as much as ours to finally have full French site to satisfy the needs of our families.
